Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing or using GroviaPro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement, and that you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Using GroviaPro

GroviaPro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for creating posters and promotional content for your direct-selling or network marketing business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Your content and ownership

• Any photos, logos, text or other material you upload remain your property. You confirm you have the necessary rights to use anything you upload.
• Posters you create using GroviaPro templates are yours to use for your business and marketing activities.
• You grant GroviaPro a limited licence to process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of generating your designs and operating the app's features, such as the background-cutout tool.

4. Templates and intellectual property

The GroviaPro app, including its templates, graphics, layouts, branding and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to GroviaPro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use templates to create your own posters, but you may not resell, redistribute or claim ownership of the underlying template designs themselves.

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use GroviaPro to:

• Create or share content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or defamatory.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
• Misrepresent income claims, guarantees or affiliations in a way that violates applicable direct-selling regulations.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or reverse-engineer the app or its underlying systems.

6. Subscriptions and payments

GroviaPro may offer free and paid plans. Where a paid plan is purchased, pricing, billing cycle and renewal terms will be shown at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

7. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep GroviaPro available and updated with new templates and features, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the app at any time, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

GroviaPro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GroviaPro and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to GroviaPro if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. You may stop using GroviaPro and close your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of GroviaPro will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar, India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GroviaPro after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
